TAHOE (LANDMARK 55) PROJECT

Tahoe (Landmark 55) is a large-scale office, hotel and retail complex in the Tay Ho Tay (Starlake) urban area, Hanoi, developed by Taseco Invest. Given the project's complex reinforced-concrete structure and the high standards required for façade connection quality and schedule, NDS accompanied the project with the HALFEN (Germany) Cast-in Channel solution.

NDS supplied the HALFEN Cast-in Channel system, a cast-in anchoring solution embedded into the concrete structure that enables fast, weld-free installation of the façade and supporting structures without damaging the building's load-bearing reinforcement, while allowing flexible adjustment of the connection position during construction.

Scope of work

• Technical consultation and connection solution proposal tailored to the structural and façade design.
• Supply of HALFEN Cast-in Channel materials to European standards.
• On-site technical support and installation guidance.
• Coordination with the main contractor during construction and quality supervision of the installation.
